Photograph caption dated April 20, 1955 reads "Mrs. Delia Burkhart, 87, red haired and with temper to match, holds first traffic citation in 43 years of driving. Woodland Hills resident says indignantly that ticket for driving too slowly on Sepulveda boulevard was unjustified, plans strong protest."
