Description
Cancelled lease for 2 acres of the Rancho San Pedro. Lease agreement specifically refers to the citizenship of the lessee and the birth certificate retained in the company's records. Lease beginning September 1, 1936, ending August 31, 1937 with a yearly rent of $50. Lease is signed by lessee. A letter to Isono dated September 1, 1936 referring to the same land and lease is backwardly imprinted on the second page of the lease.
