Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photo article dated August 15, 1962 partially reads, "Angeles Shooting Club in Marek Canyon (up Little Tujunga behind Hansen Dam) has a new first for shooters. The club has recently installed and opened for public shooting two field trap shooting layouts...The trap fields are only one of the many improvements in the Angeles Club since Don Taylor was named range master for the club. The management of the club is unique in that many of the members are what can be termed working members. As a group they spend much of their free time working and improving the club." Lee Lawhead Jr., left, tries new shooting range as Don Taylor, range master, looks on.
