Marymount College, all female, was founded in 1933 in Los Angeles and later merged with St. Joseph College of Orange, and then with Loyola University to eventually form co-ed Loyola Marymount University in 1973. Marymount College was located at 10643 Sunset Boulevard in Westwood. Marymount High School is at that location today. Photograph caption dated June 26, 1965 reads "Chris Cuddy, left, and chaperone Mrs. William J. Donnelly, check over their agenda before they and 26 other members of a Marymount High School tour left on American Airlines for a 22-day trip through Europe. Miss Cuddy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis X. Cuddy of Northridge, will be a junior at Mary (sic)."
