Photograph caption dated January 30, 1957 reads, "Picture postcard scene - Snow-covered pine trees and house make this scene look as if it were photographed in New England rather than in usually sunny Southern California. Photo was snapped along Ridge Route near Gorman. Nearly all roads leading out of Valley were coated with snow with nearby mountain communities getting biggest load."; See images #00116868 through #00116874 for all photos in this series.
