Portrait of Nina Egbert, teacher at Rich Bar School. "To get to Rich Bar, Louise walked 3 miles down the Feather River. The one room school was near the Mori Orchards up on the flat. The "old timers" had cut the logs for the school house, and worked on weekends to build it. Eva's mother, Lena Gansner had also attended the school when she was a child. One of the teachers, Eva especially, remembered was Nina Egbert. Sometimes the school was referred to as Oak Ravine School, and later Mori Ravine (cont.) Nina Egbert teacher at Rich Bar school
