Description: As their manufacturing business prospered, Mr. and Mrs. Oesterreich moved into a more luxurious home (2nd home). Photo shows their new house located at 363 13th Avenue. It is claimed, Sanhuber followed. The artist sketch shows where Sanhuber is said to have lived in a "bigger and better" attic, reached through a sliding panel.
