There is no more pathetic spectacle than that of a man, still young, who has lost everything but bare life. Linked to a nerveless, helpless body is the restless spirit of sturdy manhood. The mind is vigorous and alert: there is still the intense longing of youth in a body which is incapable of movement. Think what a comfort the British Women's Hospital will be to these men and help
