Description
Portrait of a Nisei man named Kobo or Kazu Fukutaki that was most likely a friend of Sueo "Cy" Saito's. The front side reads: To Cy--Always, Kazu. It was mailed via U.S. Army Postal Service. The envelope is found in item: csudh_sai_7189.
