PhotographÂ was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 11, 1955 reads, "Willis R. Putnam, 22, left, and Everett R. Kibby, 21, both of North Hollywood, are booked in Van Nuys by officers C. R. Albright, left, and C. D. Newman on suspicion of narcotics violation. Police said two men attempted to cash check in a North Hollywood market. Kibby broke and ran and was arrested after three-block chase. Putnam was taken into custody at market."
