Photograph caption dated September 24, 1949 reads, "This is the mansion which film star Lana Turner and her husband, Henry 'Bob' Topping Jr., tinplate heir, have just bought for $94,5000. It is a two-story house of French Normandy architecture, situated on three acres of landscaped ground. The address is 120 South Mapleton Drive, Holmby Hills."
