Description
A new Scottish Rite Temple was built on the corner of North Third and St. James Streets after the membership outgrew the original lodge." Several cars are parked in front of the temple and a large palm grows to the right of the building. The $400,000 structure was dedicated on March 8, 1925. In 1981 after extensive renovations, the building was reopened as the San Jose Athletic Club.
