Description
"S. E. corner of Paotingfu wall with the breach made as a punishmt [sic] of the city. 1900" [now Baoding] A city wall with a large portion of it destroyed, turned to rubble. Some buildings are visible above the wall. In front of the wall the land looks to be scrubby, with some trees, and a person stands ahead of the wall.
