Description
Shown in circa 1945 is Sacramento's Memorial Auditorium, at Sixteenth and J streets. Opened in 1927 as part of a surge in post-war building, the structure, as stated on both sides of its entrance was "dedicated to those who made the supreme sacrifice in the service of the United States."
