Description
"Das Vorgebirge von Madeira. (Auf der Reise hin)." ("The cape of Madeira. ([Taken] On the jouney there)."). In the background a mountain, in the foreground a bay. At the foot of the mountain a settlement of one- and two-storied houses. Imprinted on the image but difficult to read since only half of what is written appears on the photography: "Madeira.
