Description
Charles Handy thought for the day on how important and comforting the small things in life are. Handy begins the thought discussing Arundhati Roy's book, The God of Small Things, and how it has received the Booker Prize. He proceeds to document how it is a conventional story, but that such small stories are a part of life, and goes on to talk about his own life and how his experiences prove that the small things in life matter. Handy then observes how it is the small things in life that make each day and define one's personality, and how God is in the small things of life.
