Photograph of the painting "The Last Supper" by Otto, depicting Christ "without halo", [s.d.]. Christ stands at center in front of the dining table. Two of his apostles fall to their knees before him to recieve the wine from his cup. The other ten apostles sit or stand at various places around the table, the apostle to the very leftmost place shrouded in darkness, his face downturned.
