"Mesembryanthenum (rot-weiß-violet)" ("Mesembryanthemum (red-white-purple)"). The photograph shows flowers, possibly in a garden. As it is a black and white picture, the different colors of the blossoms cannot be determined. The blossoms look like daisies. The mesembryanthemum is native to southern Africa. -- This picture was taken by Willibald Paul Schaberg (1900-?). He worked as a missionary in South Africa West, mostly in Elim. He married Elfriede Henriette Johanna Nigrin (born 1898) in Herrnhut near Dresden, Germany, in 1929. It is not known when and where he stopped working and died.
