Description
One boxed painting and drawing set entitled Kindergarten Set, ca. 1915. The set is comprised of two blind embossed painting cards for painting, three stencil cards, four embossed cakes of watercolor paint, a small pencil, and a metal paint mixing tray with 12 small, rectangular wells. The bottom of the cardboard box serves as the divided tray to hold the materials. The top lid is decorated with a chromolithograph of a young boy painting at an easel. The title is on the top lid. No manufacturer is named; no manufacture date is given. The two image cards are unpainted; the three stencil cards have been used; all are in good condition.
