A man to the left seems to be pulling a rope while a man to the right holds a large plank of wood underneath the machine. A railroad track runs through the image from the right foreground to the left background. The frame of a building is visible in the center background while a men appear to weld the corners of the building. The frame is complete with lights and a roof while piles of construction materials sit to the left of the building.
