Letter on The Rosicrucian Order letterhead, from Grand Treasurer Whitcomb, confirming that Lou's Village will cater the 1956 Rosicrucian convention banquet at the San Jose Civic Auditorium on Friday, July 13, 1956. "The price per dinner, complete with tax and tip is $3.50." "The menu is to consist of tossed salad with Roquefort dressing and one prawn, hors d'oeuvres--salami, cheese, olives, pickles, radishes, carrot sticks and celery, French rolls and butter, the main dinner--turkey with dressing and cranberry sauce, Dutch style potatoes, French string beans, dessert--French pastry, drink--coffee.
