Photograph caption dated November 23, 1961 reads, "Jack T. Elliott, 425 S. Sparks St., Burbank, accepts gavel signifying leadership of North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, from Ferna [sic] Felton, re-elected community's honorary mayor for third term. Watching are chamber's other officers for 1962, including Margaret Barry, secretary, and (from left) Vic Holtby, treasurer; Everett McIntire, immediate past president, and H. J. Penfield Jr., B. S. Hand and Al Dilernia, vice presidents. Five men appointed to the chamber board were Ralph Head, O. Henry Jr., Richards Matthews Jr., Russell A. Quisenberry and Cliff E. W. Stevens."
