Telegram correspondence inquiring the status of Lieutenant Commander Edward Vincent Dockweiler, whether he has been liberated. Edward Dockweiler was captured by the Japanese in Philippines near June 19, 1942 and imprisoned at Omori prison camp in the Tokyo area.
