Diplomatic representatives of Latin-American countries and Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce officials are shown in a conference here on May 18, 1942, when they announced the establishment of a branch of the Los Angeles Chamber in Washington, D.C., to act as guide to Latin-American businessmen.
