Description: This circa 1935 postcard shows James F. Wilson's Gem Auto Court, located on Auburn Boulevard, one-half mile north of North Sacramento. The business claimed to be "a better place to sleep," complete with air conditioning, tiled showers, locked garages and reasonable rates.
