Panorama looking east and southeast toward pine hill. Chaparral type of Adenostoma fasciculatum with Arctostaphylos viscida, Photinia arbutifolia, Ceanothus lemmonii, Eriodictyon californicum, Ericameria arborescens and Salvia sonomensis. Note scattered Digger pine and interior live oak. This type is on thin soil of serpentine origin. Note western yellow pine on skyline at left which is on north slope with deeper soils
