View of the new Chronicle building with clock tower at Kearny and Bush Streets; cable cars, horse-drawn carriages, coaches, and streetcars on the streets. Type below the image: "The fire-proofing throughout the interior of the building, as well as the architectural terra-cotta for the outside ornamentation, was furnished and put in place by Gladding, McBean & Co., 1358 & 1360 Market St., San Francisco, and Lincoln, Cal."
