Description
Gigi begins the interview talking about the dichotomy between depth of meaning and comedy, whimsy and harshness in the books that she enjoys and respects and how that dichotomy influences her own works. For the majority of the interview, Connie and Gigi discuss the nature of social “life” in Hollywood and how the characters and plot in her novel mirror a seemingly dichotomous Hollywood reality.
