Description
Lease agreement with terms beginning January 1, 1941, ending December 31, 1941 for two parcels: 22 acres of Block F, Dominguez Colony tract in Rancho San Pedro and 20.48 acres of the A. J. O de Guyer tract of Ranch San Pedro between Alameda Street and the Classification yard of the Los Angeles county Harbor Department. Yearly rent was $1062.
