Description
Los Angeles: An estimated 50,000 Vietnamese refugees have settled in California since the end of the Vietnam war and state officials expect a 2nd migration of 25,000 more due to the similarity of the climate to that of their homeland and the traditional desire of immigrants to cluster together. Here former Viet journalist To Van shops with his family in a market in the Chinese section of Los Angeles.
