Mahazoarivo was a favorite picnic ground by the lake of the same name. The Queen had her house here for leisure. Missionaries in the picture: Standing from the left: Lisbeth Godal, 1870-1931. Standing in the middle from left: Johanne Sagbroen, 1870-1951, Valborg Andersen, 1851-1935, Aagot Kjeldseth, 1870-1957. Sitting from left unknown: August Abel Parrot, 1879-1961, Christian Borchgrevink, 1841-1919, David Jakobsen, 1844-1923, Anna Jakobsen, maiden name Netland, 1859-1944, Thomas Joergensen, 1874-1957. Sitting in the front, second from the right is the teacher Ramalanjona.
