Description
Officer Willoughby inspects the display window of a men's wear store at 1780 East 103rd Street where looters broke the plate glass after tearing down a protective iron grating. The looters stripped store window dummies of clothing and then left the dummies scattered on the sidewalk. Photo dated: March 16, 1966.
