A young unidentified girl waits for the Gold Line at the Highland Park Station. The Gold Line, which opened in July 2003, operates between Downtown Los Angeles and eastern Pasadena, with 16,000 average weekday boardings. The Gold line uses two-car trains, with the exception of one-car trains used during the evenings and weekend mornings. Photograph dated September 7, 2005.
