Description
A group of women on the sidewalk in front of the Philharmonic Auditorium at 5th Street and Olive Street in downtown Los Angeles, California. A poster on the wall advertises entertainer Spike Jones. The Biltmore Hotel is in the background, at right. The women are wearing badges and ribbons and some have on silly hats.
