Probable date approximated by cataloger based on general performer and artist histories and similar portrait prints in collection (see priJLC_ENT_000179); Rimanoczy worked for Strobridge Lithographing Company from 1883 until approximately 1913 (Spangenberg, Amazing American Circus Poster, page 257) and Bellew made his debut in the United States in 1885 (Odell, Annals of the New York Stage, Vol. XIII, page 3).
