Los Angeles International Airport, August 29: Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Determan of 9017 Van Ness Boulevard gaze fondly at the latest additions to their family, a boy and girl from Ireland. They are the second pair of children the Inglewood couple have adopted from European orphanages. The first two from Germany flew here by Trans World Airlines three years ago.
