Photograph article dated March 26, 1963 partially reads, "Seven San Fernando Valley auto enthusiasts, including a top woman race driver, had signed today to drive in the 1963 Mobil Economy Run...The Valley people will be in a field of 72 drivers and co-drivers to wheel their autos over a 2,500-mile test course from Los Angeles to Detroit March 30-April 4...Gordon, 37, is a former musician who toured with Louis Prima and other top bands.
