Photograph article dated November 28, 1950 reads, "One of North Hollywood newest businesses is Donald's Jewelers, 5216 Lankershim Blvd. It opens tomorrow. Operating the facility in one of the community's most modern and best dressed building are P. Gerson and L. H. Stone - teaming in their first Valley business venture. The store will carry the latest in nationally advertised jewelry, silverware, appliances and watches. While Stone, although experienced in other branches of business enterprise, is comparatively new to the jewelry business Gerson has been in that line for years. His latest store was operated in Detroit." Photograph caption reads, "North Hollywood's newest business to open - Owners P. Gerson and L. H.
