Description: Volunteers and teens in the city summer youth employment program clean up graffiti on Venice's Ocean Front Walk yesterday. L.A. City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter led the cleanup of Venice boardwalk with the teens and over 200 from 17 community groups. "Ocean Front Walk is like the living room of Venice," she said as she kicked off "Venice Community Vision." Photo dated: jULY 22, 1988.
