"The new Capital Health Center, located at 15th and C Streets, has been officially dedicated and is open for general health service to residents of Sacramento County. Treatments available include family planning, out-patient health care, venereal disease treatment, immunizations and vaccination, child health care, health examinations and crippled children services. Attending the dedication ceremonies were Mrs. Angelita Reyes, chairman, left; Dr. Colin T. Greenlaw, deputy administrator, and Mrs. Ruth Jackson, administrator"
