Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated November 11, 1961 reads, "Hello - I'm a six-month-old mixed up cocker and I'm looking for a new home. I'm at the Burbank Animal Shelter, 2 West Burbank Blvd., Burbank, along with 20 other orphan dogs. Its fine here, but it would sure be nice to have a master. All you have to do to own me or one of my friends here is pay a small fee and have someone give me an anti-rabies shot. Other dogs are available at the Los Angeles Shelter, 13131 Sherman Way, North Hollywood and the San Fernando Shelter, 543 Glenoaks Blvd., San Fernando."
