Photograph caption dated March 31, 1960 reads "Bob Tunks, program director for the Valley Youth Center, 17400 Victory Blvd., Van Nuys, looks over plans for center's new recreation patio. Behind him, visible though large picture windows, is patio nearing completion. Volunteer labor crews are scheduled to pour and finish concrete portion of patio Saturday."
