Description: Dale Henderson, contractor, is shown on October 24, 1941, as he appeared in court testifying at the trial of Robert Menzies and Attorney Samuel Rummel, who are accused of taking $1800 from him to "fix" a nonexistent murder charge following the poison death of his wife, Madelyn Henderson, last January.
