Description
Land lease agreement with red handwriting in upper left hand corner stating "specimen copy". The added agreement terms state, "It is specifically understood and agreed that the said Lessee is an American citizen, a copy of whose birth certificate is in the possession of the Lessor and is considered a forming and essential part of this instrument." All areas in the lease intended to be filled in with specifics of the lease are filled in with the word "Blank" and it shows the lease being $0.00.
