Photograph article date stamped June 15, 1959 partially reads, "Mrs. John Weissmuller, 'Jungle Jim's' real life mate, is being acclaimed today as one of the best woman amateur golfers ever produced in Southern California as result of her sensational play all week long in successfully defending her Lakeside Golf Club Woman's invitational tournament crown. Mrs. Weissmuller's march to victory was capped with a one-over par, 3-2 victory yesterday over Mrs. Ruth Miller of California Country Club who has developed into one of the top distaff golfers the past few months."
