Description
Photograph of the Feather River Power Company. Donor/Source: Ran Hanford (owned by Glenn Way) GMW 134 06 16. Power House Construction 1927-Dec. Audio Tape #16B-392. "Feather River Power Company" isn't visible on the front of the building because the former sheeting is still in place. Also visible in the loading area is a stack of penstock (upper) ready to be shipped up the hill. During this session GMW identified the building to the left of the hoist as the compressor house. In other photographs he has identified this same building as a storage shed for electrical equipment.
