Photograph article dated December 27, 1960 partially reads, "Mrs. Leo Valmassy, president of El Dorado Council, has completed selection of key committee chairmen and outlined a program of varied activities for the second half of her term... Mrs. Valmassy has a diversified background of community service and PTA activities to use as a guide for her work as Council president. She holds an honorary life membership in PTA from Vintage, where she served as president, and has been active on all levels from the elementary unit through high school. She has held office and key chairmanships on all levels, and served as child welfare chairman of her Council." Photograph shows Mrs. Valmassy.
