Photograph of an aerial view of flooding of the Santa Ana River, showing breaks in levees near Santa Ana, ca.1930. Small, lightly-colored structures appear to float along the dim water's surface along with the electrical poles which lined the road that is now hidden beneath the river. The excess water seeps over a second road on the river's right edge and drowns the nearby fields.
