Nick Arden's restaurant was located at 13849 Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks. Photograph caption dated June 1, 1959 reads, "Sal Buccieri, newly installed chairman of the Vox Masters, public speaking group of San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, holds perpetual trophy all hope to achieve. He is assisted by his new first vice chairman, Esthedr [sic] Brown. Others, left to right, are Ed Casper, treasurer; Katherine Wagner, secretary; Irv Dubin, second vice chairman, and Munier Cusey, sergeant at arms. Mary McGlashan Hayes was installing officer at dinner meeting at Nick Arden's restaurant."
