"Maitland. Wohnhäuser, Schule, Kirche." (Maitland. Dwellings, school, church."). The buildings are surrounded by a fence. A road leads past them on the right. Two power poles on the sidewalk. It is difficult to distinguish between the houses, the school and the church. On the right next to the building a man behind the fence. This picture was taken by Willibald Paul Schaberg (1900-?). He worked as a missionary in South Africa West, mostly in Elim. He married Elfriede Henriette Johanna Nigrin (born 1898) in Herrnhut near Dresden, Germany, in 1929. It is not known when and where he stopped working and died.
